Balloon Wreath

We received a fantastic balloon wreath for my son's birthday.  It was made by my cousin's wife who is a very talented and crafty lady.  It is such a cool idea and she found it on a blog.  I'm not sure if this is the blog, but at howdoesshe.com has instructions on how to make this fantastic wreath. My daughter is pretty excited to use it for her birthday too.  I just love it.
